Rick Cardinal holds the role of Technical Service Manager at Polaris Industries, where he focuses on improving service efficiency
and quality, while leading the development of systems and processes that
improve the service experience. A lifetime power sports enthusiast, Cardinal
started in the industry at the age of 15, setting up snowmobiles after school
and on weekends. After 15 years holding a variety of roles in power sports, he
made the choice to move to an OEM where his work could have even greater impact.
He joined Polaris Industries in 2010 as a Technical Service Rep and became
Supervisor in 2013. In 2017 he was promoted to his current position of
Technical Service Manager.
