Rob Van brings more than 35 years of experience in the facility technology service industry including HVAC, Mechanical, Controls and Life Safety with experience in ERP deployment, large scale field management, and turning around underperforming service businesses by driving operational excellence and process deployment. Rob has held local, regional, and national service leadership roles for Johnson Controls, Stanley Security Solutions, and G4S Global Security. He was recently the President of Comfort Systems USA Indiana where he focused on M&A opportunities and is currently the Vice President of Service for Envelop Group.
