Sergio Frias

Sergio Frias is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience . Sergio started his Supply Chain career in the Construction industry followed by a brief period on the Tobacco industry before his debut in the Aerospace industry, where he experienced a fast growth to eventually become the Head of Procurement for aircraft programs. He then grew to become the leader of the Spare Parts business at Embraer and later on, began his career in the Contracts organization for the sale of Aircraft and Services for Business and Commercial aircraft market, first in Brazil and currently in Canada, with Bombardier. With vast experience in Suppliers and Customers Management, Sergio accumulated plenty of experience with the development and improvement of partnerships with such Suppliers and Customers. Sergio's business acumen, coupled with his experience in operations, logistics and Customer Services, permitted the understanding of the importance of Supply Chain Integration and healthy partnerships in multiple fronts of the business to enable profitable growth.
