Sean McPhee has been in the HVAC Field Service industry for the past 23 years, with the last 19 dedicated to MJ Mechanical Services, Inc., an operating company of Comfort Systems USA. MJ Mechanical is a prominent mechanical contractor in Western New York. Starting his career as a residential service technician, Sean has progressed to become the Service Manager for MJ Mechanical’s Geneseo, New York office. With a background in project management, Sean leads a dynamic team, focusing on the growth of employees and customers throughout the region. He is passionate about providing quality service, customer satisfaction and maintaining high safety standards for his team and clients. Outside of work, Sean resides in Alexander, NY, where he actively contributes to his community as a volunteer firefighter and holds the position of President within his department.
