Sarah Nicastro is the Creator of Future of Field Service and Vice President of Customer Advocacy, SMBU at IFS. Sarah is passionate about creating both content and community to help leaders along their business transformation and innovation journeys. She believes in the power of storytelling, the value of firsthand perspective shared among peers, the impact of building collective knowledge. Sarah joined IFS in 2018 to create Future of Field Service after more than a decade as the Editor in Chief of Field Technologies magazine. She writes content regularly on the latest service and leadership trends and hosts the weekly Future of Field Service podcast, which has featured more than 120 interviews with leaders of well-known brands across the globe telling their tales of innovation. In her role as Vice President of Customer Advocacy, she has created a community of IFS customers that come together regularly to share best practices and lessons learned, giving them valuable perspective into how peers are solving challenges and seizing opportunity and bringing Voice of the Customer into IFS.
