Service Support Manager Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America Inc.

As Manager of Field Services, Mike Dixon manages the Support Services Department for Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America. This includes the ConSite Response Team and Field Support for the U.S. and Canada. With 30 years’ experience in the equipment industry starting as a Field Technician and moving up to Service Manager within the dealership, Mike has experienced the dealer side of the industry. Mike has been with Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America for 13 years, six years as the Regional Product Support Manager for the North Central Region and seven years in his current role as Service Support Manager. As the Manager of the ConSite Response Team, Mike has established the primary goals to increase customer satisfaction by ensuring Hitachi wheel loaders run at maximum efficiency, increase operator awareness of the new technology, and to establish a relationship with customers and dealer personnel that will last a lifetime.
