Operations Manager of Field Service ABB

Lu is the Field Service Operations Manager for ABB’s Industrial Automation Division. Lu grew up in Beijing, China and started working for ABB China as a Process Control Engineer in 1996. She moved to the US in 2000 and continued working for ABB as a Systems Engineer then a Regional Technical Advisor for Field Service. Lu is a highly-motivated and strategically-oriented manager of the top Paper Quality Control Systems Technical Specialists in ABB. She leads a team of Technical Specialists who are responsible for providing technical support to customers, field service engineers and new projects installations. Lu is passionate about helping customers to achieve reliable and accurate quality measurements and control in order to increase production efficiency. Lu has extensive experience recruiting, leading, developing and motivating teams of professionals. 

Lu has her Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and English. She also holds a Master’s Degrees in Wood & Paper Science and another Master’s Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
