Lien Randle has more than 25 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry. As Director of Training & Development for the Elevator and Escalator Division of Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., Randle has developed productivity models and best practices that have regularly increased profit margins and improved team performance. Randle is renowned for her communication skills and has received numerous awards for her leadership and performance during her tenure with Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. She was the youngest and first female President of the National Association of Elevator Contractors and has served as President of the Northern California Elevator Industry Group.
