Solving complex business problems by ensuring process transformation is followed by innovative technology solutions. Represent all ITCI to Senior Leadership as a business partner. Oversee Service Delivery for Custom Pak and Service business globally at Alcon.

Completed MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington July 2009.
