Jiawei Chen

Dr. Jiawei Chen is the Global Strategic Marketing Leader for Service and Customer Experience at SCIEX, a Danaher life science company providing innovative analytical technology for over 40 years.

Dr. Chen began her career as a senior scientist at MilliporeSigma, in the Analytical R&D division. She joined SCIEX in 2013 and has progressed through different roles including Customer Support, Customer Experience and Market Development, with increasing responsibilities. She’s currently overseeing all aspects of strategic marketing across the service and support portfolio.

Dr. Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Peking University and a PhD in Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis.
