Guillaume Lechasseur serves as Solution Lead for Customer Experience at FXi. With extensive experience in large and complex systems implementations, he specializes in helping his clients to maximize the use of software features to realize their business strategy and vision. Over the last 8 years, he accompanied clients with the creation of strategic roadmaps and product backlogs for multiple ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementations. Lately, he has been building his and his team’s expertise on ServiceNow Field Service Management as well as the Telecommunications, Media and Technology and the Financial Services Operations industry solutions. He holds multiple ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications as well as other business analysis (CBAP) and project management (PMP) accreditations.
