Greg Lush is a transformative service-industry leader with over 40 years of hands-on and executive experience. He began his career as a distributed controls technician, mastering technical troubleshooting before configuring international service organizations. Early on, he created and delivered training programs to elevate service delivery and professional development. As Senior Vice President of Innovation at Calian, Greg leads the development and deployment of AI tools and learning models at the point of service. He drives strategic research and development, differentiating service organizations through modern technologies, data sciences, and workforce-science approaches. His innovations include activity-tracking systems, worker-qualification frameworks, and objective “point-of-service” measurement tools. Prior to Calian, Greg served as Chief Information Officer at The Linc Group, Chief Innovation Officer at The Service Companies, and Vice President of Innovation at ABM Industries. At ABM Industries, he invented an activity management platform that became the foundation for QMerit. A sought-after industry expert, Greg shares his insights on social media and as a keynote speaker at global trade shows and conferences.
