Eric Porter is a Green Belt and ITIL certified Vice President of Centralized Services at Ricoh. He has over 20 years of experience working in Service Delivery. This includes managing global service desks and operations across multiple functions including but not limited to Field/Infrastructure Services, Digital Workplace services, and Software/Hardware support. Leveraging best practices in process engineering, KCS and ITIL based methodologies (Change/Problem/Incident Management etc.), he has helped enhance customer experience while implementing improvements resulting in higher operating income and increased top line revenue. His business acumen is augmented by prior experience running his own business as well as employment in the fields of psychology, finance, and IT. He is driven by the need to continuously sense and adapt to disruptions and changes in customer needs where people, process, and technology meet.
