Eduardo Vasconcelos Bezerra is a Senior Director at Lexmark Inc. with responsibility for Managed Services and Customer Care for South America, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Lexmark Inc, Mr. Eduardo worked at several executive positions at Xerox Corporation.

With over 25 years of experience working for multinational companies, managing high performance groups and innovative projects, His broad professional background build in customer services, outsourcing, solutions, managed services and hardware sales areas, helped companies to improve customer’s experience, reduce costs and increase cash generation. 

Complementing the above, he combines a Master of Business Administration Degree with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
