David Douglas possesses over 25 years of global technology leadership experience in the Information Technology industry. His focus has been in the Lottery and Gaming sectors and his broad experience includes executive leadership of North American organizations responsible for operations, customer deployments of large scale terminal hardware, systems and infrastructure, and operational support. David has achieved great results leading large universal organizations comprised of over 400 employees + consultants geographically dispersed over the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico. David has a long history of achieving enormous operating efficiencies through multi-sourcing of operations, field service engineering roles and deliveries, consolidation and creation of technology centers and call centers, process and quality improvements through the implementation of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as well as hands on experience with mergers, acquisitions and company integration activities.
