Bulent Cinarkaya is the VP & GM of Field Service Management at ServiceNow. He previously spent six years at Salesforce, where he was SVP of Product Management for Service Cloud and launched the Financial Services and Health Clouds into $100M+ businesses.​ Originally from Istanbul, Bulent earned a master’s degree in Computer Science from Istanbul Technical University, where he founded a startup that became one of Turkey's largest ISPs. Now based in California, with his wife and two sons, he enjoys playing and collecting guitars and is an avid NBA Warriors fan.
