Balaji is the Sr. Manager, Digital Work Management and GIS at Ameren, overseeing the implementation of Work Management solutions using IBM Maximo, Click FSE and ESRI across the Distribution side of the business. Balaji is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in building technology and leadership teams, driving process and performance change into the business. He has successfully implemented Asset and Work Management solutions for the Generation side of the business and it is currently used by more than 3000 users. Currently Balaji is leading and managing a large multi-million-dollar business transformation program that aligns process, people and technology for electric and gas distribution, transmission, and substation.
